Hello Everyone, I just received my Danskin Now Eight-Piece Pilates Kit. I am so excited. I never owned an exercise ball in my life! I have resistance bands, weight balls, and a Pilates DVD. Always traveling on the pathway to the greatest me and my friend started on the path to Veganism. Goal lose body fat, underlying goal just get healthier!!! We were watching, really listening to Forks Over Knives by accident while doing some research. Although, we had already committed in our minds we were going Vegan this film confirmed our decision. While we were watching one of the doctors' son prepare meals in the firehouse. We saw all of this gorgeous delicious looking food that was whole food & plant based. I zeroed in on the tacos and another dish made with mushrooms that looked meaty. We made the tacos with corn tortillas, filled them white rice, black beans, corn, avocado, tomatoes, and red onions for more of a garnish. A garnish that you actually eat! Sprinkled on fresh lime juice from an actual lime. Also added less than a teaspoon of taco sauce. You talking about yum to the "o". Delicious and satisfying. I didnt miss the meat it was flavorful.Who knew?...
